ABOUT

Due to increasing speed in development of material, welding and additive manufacturing technologies, Research and Development Group was established in 2010 to coordinate the R&D activities with a more concentrated effort.

In addition to national and international research funds, the research activities are financed by the revenues of industrial test, analysis and engineering management services provided by our experienced and focused team to our clients.

Thanks to the income of these industrial services provided, conventional and non-conventional machining, robotic welding and wire-arc additive manufacturing, and fracture mechanics testing infrastructures were commissioned in the university, undergraduate and graduate thesis efforts, and more than fifty students were funded.
